Making Bread
I began the journey of making sourdough bread about 2 years ago. It’s a lengthy process because of the slow rise, but the actual work is quite minimal. I bake year round, but wintertime really is ideal. This music attempts to capture some of the drive and excitement in starting a new batch and the joy of pulling it out of the oven and seeing it’s crusty beauty. I particularly love watching my family and friends eat slice after slice too!
