Fendrick & Peck are using music as a compass to navigate a new story.

Who We Are

In the midst of great and palpable change, Madeline and Brian offer string, strum, and song. Musing on connection, compassion, and personal growth is their artist and personal work. They don’t have the answers, but they are willing to stumble and occasionally soar along with the rest of us as we create a supportive, safer, and more inclusive future for all.

“In school we were taught to
‘Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.’ In church to ‘Love thy neighbor as thyself.’ By family the wisdom and cyclical nature of life and death. Why has the ‘real world’ of ‘profit’ and ‘success’ forgotten these things? And how can we help each other remember?”

Where We’re Going

Fendrick & Peck have done concerts for 1 and for 1,000 people. They’ve been housed, fed, walked, watered, and held by community for 6 joyful years.

“No one is more surprised than we are at the power of song sung not by professionally trained singers, but by a couple of kids who realized they just loved to sing and play together.”

You never know how far a song might take you. (NYC)

In a time where success is generally measured by the number of performances and the number on a paycheck, they measure it quite differently. Madeline and Brian focus instead on hearts touched, lessons learned, and the unexpected generosity of audience members. You can afford to book them for a gig or participate in a show no matter what your income is.

“We all carry stories. And we’re all making ours up as we go. There’s responsibility there. There’s grief and sorrow. There are mistakes both silly and serious. There’s fear and love. And there’s laughter and joy, too.”
