Both raised in the Midwestern landscape of Wisconsin, we carry with us songs passed down through family, songs gathered from kind folks along the way (friends, children, community song leaders, civil rights freedom fighters, islanders, and poets) and a growing list of songs drawn from our own adventures. Our musically kindled romance began when our paths led us individually to New York City. Though a wonderfully diverse and energetic environment to dwell in, we avoided getting swallowed into the constant hustle bustle of the city life and carried our few belongings to Nashville, TN. This much different, yet happening city in it's own right, became the birthplace of Fendrick & Peck with the recording of our first EP Be Still. After dipping our feet into the pool of Nashville music culture, and mingling with the local theatre community, we again heard a call to transition again, this time to the homeland. The past couple of years we've been becoming more acquainted with the land and wildlife than with the midwestern music scenes, The time has come to begin making more plans to gather and share with our fellow human beings. Come join us as we use our voices, instruments and storytelling to give insight on what matters most to us, a sense of peace and acceptance in this wild world we live in.
